About "Graduate Loans"
Like many government programs, the federal government created Graduate Plus Loans with good intentions to help society. Also like many government programs, it went wrong and caused more problems than it solved. This plan abolishes the Graduate PLUS Loan program and removes the federal government from higher education lending at the graduate level. Existing loans will continue until paid off, but no new ones will be made after an Affirmative ballot.
The advantages are pretty good. They encourage innovation, save tax dollars, increase the quality of life, and lower college costs through financial incentives.
