About "Edifice Wrecks"
Crumbling school infrastructure all across America threatens the educational achievement, as well as the health and safety, of millions of children. Local school funding in the states is often hampered by poor school districts simply not being able to raise enough money locally to fix broken schools. Years of ignored or deferred maintenance and construction leaves students at risk and needs urgently to be fixed. Not only would students benefit but almost 2 million jobs would be created in the construction industry.
