About "DNA Evidence Stands"
DNA Evidence is a staple of criminal courts and law enforcement, and as such, must be addressed on the Affirmative. The Negative will likely cite DNA evidence in cases where it was obtained in a manner that violated someone’s privacy. This brief serves to justify this intrusion.

Nathaniel Arroyave has been involved in competitive speech since he was eight and competitive debate for five years. He has participated in multiple forms of debate, including Lincoln Douglas Debate and Parliamentary Debate. Nathaniel has received first place in several tournaments for Lincoln Douglas Debate and finished the 2017-2018 season ranked sixth nationally. Nathaniel was a Finalist in Persuasive Speaking for NITOC 2017, and in Extemporaneous Speaking for NITOC 2018.
