Resolved: The United States Federal Government should significantly reform its import and/or export policy.
This year’s resolution calls our attention to policies regarding imports and exports in the U.S.
economy – in other words, foreign trade. It’s an incredibly broad resolution, and it will require a
lot of reading and research for you to be able to intelligently debate it.
