Stoa was established in 2009 and has grown to become a major homeschooled speech and debate organization with roughly 2000 member families. It hosts a national tournament called NITOC (National Invitational Tournament of Champions) in May and invites all qualifiers tallied in its database at SpeechRanks.com. Stoa source material for Monument Members include Apologetics, Extemp, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Parli Debate, Policy Debate, and a special area for Coaches.
